Hey everyone,
It had been a busy week and so better late than never, l’m sharing the newest book in my shelf which I just finished reading. The reason why I love this brilliant book is credited to its meaningful content, at least to me who is experiencing the things about how beneficial thinking can be to leaders. As a manager of a small and a start up company, I never thought that I was doing the right thing about thinking. I started managing from scratch and whatever the company has now is definitely a product of our team effort and creativity. This book confirms that what we were doing then and now is right and our continuous improvement is credited to our clients’ criticisms not praises.
It gives me more confidence than ever to proceed with what I have envisioned. It wasn’t easy, but it was worth it!
I love how the author eloquently describes his ideas that is so easy to understand, connects to reality, and helps for self-assessment, a good follow through.
This book is a must read for all leaders, managers, educators and traders if you wanna equip yourselves with a vision that anything great and successful started with a simple thought, selected, implemented and enacted, then, this one’s for you!

If I only have the chance to meet the author of this book, I would not hesitate inviting him to talk to us SMALL people who think BIG. His book inspires, so his speech I’m pretty sure.
