Working in a group build different characteristics such as self-confidence, ability to share, being an open to accept others ideas or opinions and open to accept mistake. In a group it is important to practice and maintain collaboration or working as a team not work in individual. It is better to work with others to bring more opportunities to discover and learn from others.

The main purpose of the group activity is to present a group work. A group work that is done by everyone of the group. It is considered as the fruit of their labor. So as an individual, it is important to find your common characteristic to others because it brings a good relationship in you have something in common to others. It make me feel for you to work comfortable.

Title of the Game: Common Factor

Participants: a group of 5-8 members (Adults)

Objectives: Build rapport, overcome bias

Instructions:

In this quick team building activity, each group will find one thing they all have in common.

1. Discuss the things in common with their team and make a short descriptions about each things they are common.
2. Some examples are they personality traits, food they eat, favorite hobbies, type of other person’s characteristics.
3. Let the group translate each things they are common in Tagalog term.
4. The activity is for 20 minutes. The group who present the most number of common things and translated in Tagalog terms are considered as a winner.
