How to use Modal Verbs in Following Traffic Lights Symbol?

In learning Tagalog Grammar one of the most commonly used in a day to day conversation is using modal verbs. Modal verbs in Tagalog are known as “pandiwang panghinaharap” which is used to indicate possibility, necessity and asking permission in an action in any situation. Some of the commonly used Tagalog modal verbs are “kailangan”, “dapat”, maaari” and “pwede”. These Tagalog modal verbs are used and need to observe as a citizen in following traffic lights symbol. Traffic light symbols are seen in any road which each light has function to control and make a safe traffic flow to avoid any accident. As a citizen is it necessary to know each function of traffic lights symbol and it is a citizen role to follow the rules and regulation for traffic lights. The colors of the traffic light has a function to follow, these colors are red, green and yellow. These signal device are installed at intersection in the pedestrian  to control the flow of  vehicles to avoid accident. When the red is light on it means STOP, It\’s tells to driver to stop. Yellow light means a warning because it tells the driver to stop when it is safe to, because the light is about to turns red. And when the light is green, it means GO, it tells the driver can start driving or keep moving and a flashing green also signal as pedestrian-crossing which command the drivers to observe.
