“Na naman”, may or may not imply trnsition “again” could refer to something that was happening before and then now being repeated but it could also mean a continuation of the same the same thing happened just prior.
Rule: In using “na naman” in Tagalog sentences, it always placed after the noun, pronoun, adjective and verb.
