If I’m not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?

Cancellation and refunds are not possible, however, you can transfer your coaching to someone if for some reasons, you cannot proceed or you no longer need it. The course conditions do not change upon transfer.

How does appointment scheduling work?

When you sign up for an INDIVIDUAL COACHING or 1-1, you will be given a customized schedule prior to start of your training according to your availability and of the teacher.

If you have signed up for a GROUP COACHING , you will be attending your sessions on a regular and fixed schedule as stated in the coaching description.

Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?

For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.

What are your other services?

Our core services are language coaching in English, Tagalog, Finnish and IELTS Test preparation.

We also assist students for STUDY ABROAD placement in Europe in cooperation with our sister company in Finland.
